Epicure Quinoa - 3 Onion & Spinach

Epicure Quinoa - 3 Onion & Spinach

1/2 c  - Organic Quinoa (Grains)
1 c - Water
1 tsp - Epicure 3 Onion Dip Mix
1 tsp - Epicure Spinach Hot Dip Mix

Wash Quinoa and place in pot with water

Add the Dip Mixes and Stir

Bring to a boil on high and turn down to low and cover

Let cook covered for 15 minutes

Cool, Serve and Enjoy!

Epicure Chipster Chips - Kale


Epicure Chipster Chips - Kale

1 Bunch of fresh Kale
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Sesame Seeds

You'll also need:
Epicures Chipster
Pastry Brush

Tear or cut the kale from the stems and wash.

Mix the oil, lemon juice and soy sauce together with the pastry brush.

Brush the mix onto both side of the kale and place them on the Chipster.

Sprinkle Sesame seeds on the top and microwave for 3 - 5 minutes depending on your microwave.

Let cool before serving. Enjoy

Epicure Quesadillas / Fajitas - Chicken

Epicure Quesadillas / Fajitas with Chicken

1 tsp Vegetable Oil
2 medium size chicken breasts (cubed)
1 tbsp Epicure Salsa Mix
1 tsp Epicure Taco Seasoning
1 tsp Epicure Nacho Cheese Dip Mix
1/2 tsp Epicure Pueblo Bean Dip Mix
1 Tomato (chopped)
1 tbsp sour cream
1/4c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4c shredded cheddar cheese
4 flour Tortilla shells

You'll also need the Epicure Crisper

Makes 5 Quesadillas

Preheat your oven to 180 - 200

Combine oil, cubed pieces of chicken and Epicure spices to your pan and cook.

Chop tomato, and place on tortilla shells with sour cream and your shredded cheese.












Fold the tortilla shells in half and place them on your Epicure Crisper.












Bake at 180 in the oven until done. About 5-10 minutes. ENJOY!!!

Epicure Lasagna

Epicure Lasagna

1lb - 1.5lbs Ground Beef
2 Tbsp - Olive Oil
1 Container - Smooth Ricotta (475mL)
1 Can - Hunts Tomato Paste (156mL)
1 Can - Hunts Tomato Sauce (680mL)
3 Tbsp - Epicure Marinara Mix
3 Tsp - Epicure 3 Onion Dip Mix
1 Tsp - Epicure Garlic & Herb Dip Mix
1 Tsp - Epicure Crushed Red Chillies
1/2 Tsp - Epicure Garlic & Herb Salt
1/2 Tsp - Epicure 4 Peppercorn Pepper
1/2 C - Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
680mL - Water (use sauce can)
Oven Ready Lasagna Noodles (pasta)

In sauce pot combine Olive Oil, Marinara mix, 3 onion dip mix, garlic and herb dip mix, crushed chillies, ground beef, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until the ground beef is cooked.

Add tomato paste and tomato sauce and water to the mixture and simmer on low for about 30 minutes.

Add the ricotta and blend.

 Put a small amount of the sauce at the bottom of your dish-ware and add a later of lasagna noodles or other pasta. Later sauce and repeat until desired height is reached. Add the last layer of sauce an top with mozzarella.

 Bake covered on 375 for 30-40 minutes. Uncover and let cook for 10 more. Turn of the oven and leave for another 5 and serve.

Voilá!

 NB: This recipe makes enough to do 6 lasagnas in the Large Epicure baking dish. Happy Cooking!
